It was very nice, hotel persons very friendly, food was absolutely great. As we had the room to the street, it was loud by traffic early in the morning. Trucks were delivering stuff at 7 am. But the rest was really good.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Common areas could be modernised and perhaps a little cleaner. The Michelin starred restaurant is quite fully booked so book in advance!

Very nice hotel lakeside in Langenargen. Poor check in because I was given a room that was occupied by another guest. At check in I was not given wifi access account and wifi password. The front desk is unstaffed starting at 10 pm.

Un bel hotel bien décevant

Nous avons payé 30euro de plus que ce qui était annoncé sur la facture Hotel.com. Hotel.com indiquait le petit déjeuné en supplément et personne ne nous a dit à la réception que le petit déjeuné est inclus dans le prix. Nous l'avons découvert sur la facture. Nous avons eu une vue sur un toit terrasse horrible avec l'escalier de secourt devant la fenêtre. Le matelas est mou et nous nous sommes réveillé avec un mal de dos. Le sauna "sans textile" est visible depuis la cage d'escalier. La climatisation fait énormément de bruit dans la chambre. Donc un bel hotel sur le lac dans lequel nous ne retournerons absolument jamais.

Ich hatte JuniorSuite mit tollem Ausblick, sehr schönes, komfortables Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt um einen weiteren Tag verlängert um den tollen Aufenthalt mit einem Wellnesstag mit Massagen entspannt abschließen wollte. Zimmer war kein Problem, ich musste nicht wechseln was für beide Parteien praktisch war! Allerdings war dann an dem Tag kein Masseur im Hotel! Es hieß an der Rezeption, sie wären heute nicht verfügbar weil sie keine Festangestellten des Hotels sind somit nur nach Bedarf bestellt werden o. ä! Naja! Den Bedarf hatte ich bereits am Vortag mitgeteilt als ich meinen Aufenthalt explizit wegen den Massagen und Behandlungen verlängert habe. Als ich der Mitarbeiterin sagte, dass der Tag nun um sonst war, hat sie nur zugenickt und weiter nicht kommentiert. Kein Entschuldigung oder dergleichen!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Problematisch war der Umstand, dass wir 877 und 87 J. alt) unser Gepäck ohneHilfe aufs Zimmer bringen mussten und am Ende wieder dasselbe. Die Speisenauswahl ist sehr gering.

Schimmel in der Dusche, und Schimmel in den Fenstern, WC-Bürste ekelhaft dreckig. Ablage in der Dusche alt und abgenutzt. WC Spülung funktioniert nicht richtig. Flüssigseife während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nicht aufgefüllt. Fenster sehr dreckig. Check In war lieblos und bei der Erklärung zur Garage komplett kompliziert. Gästekarte wurde nur auf Nachfrage heraus gegeben. und Hinweis über Schließung Restaurants fehlte bei der Buchung. Frühstück: Ei aus Tetrapack, Bacon schwamm im Fett-labberig. Ab 9:45 wurde Obst, Joghurt oder Weißwurst nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Service trägt zwar Handschuhe jedoch gucken künstliche Nägel raus. Wozu dann Handschuhe? Hotel hat Gourmetsterne-aber beim Frühstück fehlt der Faden. Eierspeisen könnte man auch als Live Cooking anbieten. Hotel liegt gut.

Schönes Hotel wo das Auge fürs Detail fehlt

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, wichtige informationen wurden weitergegeben, man hätte aber noch mehr ins details gehen können und die Infos genauer erklären können. Dafür das dass Hotel auch ein Sterne Restaurant hat, was im allgemeinen sehr gepflegt und in einem tollen ambiente rüber kommt, finde ich fehlt es beim Hotel an einem Auge fürs Detail. In unserem Zimmer war die WC Lüftung nicht richtig verputzt und man hat noch den Gipskarton gesehen sowie im Wellnessbereich wo es hier und da noch nicht fertig renoviert war und nicht alles intakt war. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer sehr sauber, bequem und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war immer herovragend und auch der Frühstücksservice lies keine wünsche offen.

Bei Ankunft im Zimmer, sind uns gelbe Flecken auf dem Klodeckel aufgefallen. Was für uns ein absolutes Nogo darstellt. Haben das auch sofort reklamiert. Uns wurde versichert, dass man sich sofort darum kümmern würde. Waren dann 5 Stunden unterwegs und als wir wieder zurück waren waren die Flecken noch immer am Rand vom Klodeckel. Daraufhin noch mal reklamiert. Dann wurde uns gesagt, dass es sich hier um Putzmittel Flecken handelt und diese unbedenklich seien. Egal welche Flecken das sind, bei einer 4 Sterne Unterkunft mit deutlich über € 250.- / Nacht geht das gar nicht und muss sofort entfernt werden. In unserem Fall hat man dann (wir waren 5 Stunden unterwegs !!!) den Klodeckel getauscht während wir im Zimmer waren. Ich brauche wohl niemanden erklären, dass die Vorgehensweise unmöglich war. In einem „gutem Haus“ hätte man dem Gast sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten oder wenigstens eine Einladung zum Abendessen ausgesprochen. Nichts, kein Entgegenkommen oder Irgendwas. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir uns noch bedanken durften, dass der Klodeckel getauscht wurde. Ich wiederhole nochmal „gelbe Flecken“ auf dem Klodeckel. Was auch enttäuscht war, die Bar war an beiden gebuchten Abenden geschlossen. Weder auf der Homepage noch bei Expedia war hiervon was zu lesen. Eine kurzfristige Reservierung im Restaurant war ebenfalls nicht möglich, angeblich alles reserviert. Komischerweise waren innen noch Tische frei. Positiv: Frühstück war Top. Lage am See ebenfalls.

+ Schönes, modernes Hotel an guter Lage. Tolles Frühstückbuffet. Zimmer eher klein, sauber und modern. - Nachtvorhänge fehlten gänzlich, ab 06:00h hell im Zimmer. Frühstück nach Zeitplan völlig unangemessen! Ebenfalls muss alles nachgefragt werden, falls man die Zusatzleistungen in Anspruch nehmen möchte (z.B. Bademäntel für Wellness, Bodenseegästekarte), dadurch fühlt man sich immer in der Bittestellung.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage,direkt am See,nur leider ist es bevorzugt auf Urlaubsgäste angelegt,und nicht für Businessreisende gedacht,jedenfalls hat man mir dieses Gefühl gegeben.Keine Parkplatzmöglichkeiten,beim Ausschecken war heilloses Chaos,da Mitarbeiter nicht im Stande war,eine korrekte Rechnung zu erstellen,und man ist weit von Professionalität und vor Allem dem richtigen Umgang mit Konfliktsituationen entfernt.Hatte Juniorsuite zur Seeseite,mit tollem Blick,jedoch keiner Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen,da nur Schiebetüren,somit keine Frischluft,und da man keine Möglichkeit hatte,die Heizung selbst zu steuern,habe ich die ganze Nacht gefroren.Zimmergrösse der Juniorsuite im Vergleich sehr klein,daher stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis,gerade jetzt in der Nebensaison in kleinster Weise.

tolles hotel direkt am wasser

super lage, tolles restaurant (bar, lounge, frühstück), geräumige & moderne zimmer, schöne spa-bereich, sehr nettes team!
