โWe stayed for 2 nights in August at the Tofana. Itโs a beautiful property, our room was wonderful, very clean and beautiful views.
The staff at the spa are excellent, well worth the money for a massage or one of their other services there.
The food was amazing however the dining staff seem a little unorganized and maybe need some more training. Confusion over our table and where we could sit , not a lot of communication about how the prix fixe dinner works. They forgot many of our requests...
โWe spontaneously booked an A Frame for the night because of an upcoming thunderstorm on our bike trip. Amazing value for money, all new bathroom facilities in that area. Magnificent nature. Need a bit of patience waiting for service at peak times but totally worth it. โ
โUnser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut - wir waren zum wandern da und innerhalb 1 Stunde sind bekannte und schรถne Wanderungen gut zu erreichen. Da wir kein Essen gebucht hatten, haben wir die Restaurants in St.Kassian gewรคhlt bei denen es sich grรถรtenteils um Pizzerien handelte, die aber alle super waren. โThe staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. Every day when we returned our rooms were fresh and clean with a new treat to welcome us. Highly recommend staying here! PS, I forgot to mention the view from our balcony ๐โ

The breakfast was great and we ate dinner on 2 nights (we were only going to eat one evening but the beet ravioli and venison pasta was so good we ate a second night) because the food was so wonderful. The room was spacious, very clean and the location was perfect (20 minute walk to downtown) but so nice and quiet. We had a beautiful room facing the gardone with a balcony. We have no complaints and would highly recommend...
