"The staff was nice. I had an issue with my key and they corrected it right away. The only problem was my food was cold at the restaurant. "

"The check in staff was very nice as was the bar area. The issue was more so with the cleaning staff who woke us up the day before we left asking if we had late check out even though our check out was the day after. Then on the day we left, woke us up again despite the DND sign at 9am when check out is at 11. Second, the location is not worth it unless you are attending an event at the Mercedes stadium. It is very unwalkable and dead after a certain time. The only way I’d rebook is if I was going to one of the stadiums. "

"Didn’t like having to pay the extra fees for parking. The room did not have enough outlets and the main ones were broken. Overall it was a nice stay and near everything"

"Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Some of the common areas- bar and adjacent lounge area could use some general zhushing- dirty air vents, furniture left askew but all staff members were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. "
