This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Loved it. Great staff members. Very helpful. The hotel is very convenient to alot of things downtown. Walking distance from the State Farm Arena.

The first day I got to the hotel and checked in there was a very nice lady at check-in. She was doing her best trying to get ppl checked in as she was the only one there. After a little while there was another guy with braids that came and instantly it seemed liked he had an attitude for what ever reason. Not the friendliest as a first impression for guests. He also wanted to charge me a second time when I had already paid in advance. The lady did a great job and keeping a smile on her face. Overall the stay was good.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel properly greeted or welcomed. Overall, the staff was not very helpful or attentive, which made the experience even worse. The hallways were extremely hot and humid, and the AC in the room wasn’t working very well. It struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The room was also extremely dark and didn’t have nearly enough lighting. Adding more lighting fixtures would make the rooms feel much more comfortable and functional.Overall, I expected a much better experience and was disappointed with both the condition of the hotel and the level of customer service. There are definitely several areas that need improvement.

I had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked great, which was definitely appreciated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed anything. I also enjoyed having the bar available—it was a nice place to relax and grab a drink without having to leave the property. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a clean, comfortable place with good service and convenient amenities. I would stay here again!

Parking is not available in the area and to park valet is will cost you 3 nights was 165.00 breakfast was not included and cost a extra 20 dollars which I didn’t find appealing and my room was not cleaned past the one day that I asked for it not to be the valet staff was nice expect one guy that always had a attitude and was rude I only spoke to the guest service when I checked in and the you man was very pleasant
