"Very helpful staff and granted us late check out till 1 pm. Location is good with parks and shopping mall near by. Restaurants downstairs are in the same building but need to change elevator. The view from the room is good. Breakfast buffet is OK but coffee and tea need ask staff instead of self serving."

"We stayed at the Novotel Ambassador Gangnam for four nights. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. However, we were disappointed by several points. We booked through Expedia for three guests (two adults and one child). At no stage of the booking process was it stated that we would have to pay an extra charge for an additional bed. "This hotel is incredible! We were treated so well. The staff is very helpful and there is a lot of attention to detail. The bar is so beautiful with a great view and live music. We also had dinner there and the food was amazing. Building is very modern and the rooms are exceptional. Would definitely return!"

The good - good breakfast selection, the hotel was very clean and well maintained though a bit dated in parts and very quiet in common areas with the main floor bar unfortunately closed. It is quite a great building but out from main shopping areas. Staff very helpful. The apartment suites very, very dated and dirty surrounds eg weeds growing on balcony, bathroom and decor dated, pillows need replacing and supplies limited - no dishwashing liquid or...
