"The staff was friendly but they tried to charge me separately for the 2 rooms that I booked together. The entrance smelled of marijuana and one of the windows near the lobby was broken. The elevator was in horrible shape, to the point that my entire family walked up and down the 4 flights of stairs. Upon arrival I was told one of the rooms was ready, but it would be 10 to 15 minutes for the other room. When we got to the floor both rooms were still not ready. When we were finally let into the first room it had just been "cleaned" but was actually not. The bedspreads were thin and full of cigarette burns, sheets were stained and the refrigerators were disgusting. Overall my family and I would never stay here again. The pictures on the hotel site are total lies, it absolutely doesn't look like the photos. "

"I wish I had known about this hotel a long time ago. What an amazing stay. Breakfast was included, they have a great gym, a business center, and there was free popcorn, coffee, and hot chocolate in the lobby. Everyone was kind and welcoming. There is also security around the clock, which made me feel very safe. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also a wonderful assortment of cable channels and streaming options. As a mom of two boys under 11, this spot was perfect for us. The only downside was Sunday breakfast around 8:15 a.m. It was packed. There were no seats and the elevators were slow. Keep in mind that breakfast is shared by both connected hotels, so be prepared for longer lines for food and elevators during the weekend. I would suggest going down early when breakfast first opens. The next day I went down at 6:00 a.m., everything was fresh and there was plenty of seating. Other than that, this stay was truly a 10 out of 10. There is a convenience store right on the corner and a food truck out front if you want something quick to eat. They even have a bar with happy hour and $6 and $7 drinks. I would recommend this place again and again. I really wish I had found it sooner. "

"The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Very small space with no structure- you can get blocked in until they either figure out how to maneuver you out or figure out who owns the vehicle "

"Stayed one night and the staff were amazing and friendly! They spontaneously offered to help arrange a ride to my next destination at check out. Amazing service, clean room perfect for my needs. Will stay again!! PS for anyone who needs a meal, Fish Cheeks, a contemporary Thai restaurant, is right across the street and took us as a walk in. The food was incredible!! "
