I booked including kitchen, but it’s not my room.
Complained hotels.com they heard Element gave us suite room for compensation, but it’s lies. I just got a studio standard.
The manager of this hotel has not reach out to us.

“We checked in late but they welcomed friendly.
even though we are starving, there is no place to eat something. but they bought a bottle of champagne(it was added in ours but they said we were given that next morning when we check out at first.)
Anyway we stayed there comfortably. ”
“1. there was no hairdryer in the room but you can borrow it at the front desk for free.
2. water: available on the 1st floor only in the morning.
3. noise: right beside the highway....many noises...

“Loved how easy it was to communicate with host and email updates for key access made super easy for understanding. Very clean and loved the non hotel feel, felt like at home. Good walking location for things in the city. Would recommend and use this location again if back in Atlanta! ”

“I have stayed at this hotel three times now this year and it is my new Atlanta favorite. My primary reason is the staff; they make the hotel experience every stay. The culinary staff is my next favorite thing here. They pride themselves on the guest culinary experience and they do not disappoint. I enjoy eating at their restaurant, Reverence, every time but equally enjoy the offerings poolside for lunch. The food is always amazing. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property. ”
