“Friendly staff. Good food and bar service. Did not use pool and gym services. What was not up to par was condition of property. Black mold and a leak in corner of lounge area. Room very strange door on bathroom and worn furnishings.”

“Dear Management / Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally log a serious complaint and request a full refund regarding my two-night stay in Room 624 at the Hampton by Hilton Rochdale (October 15 to October 17, 2026).

“Good”
