Location. The hotels is little far from the center of city.

โRooms were very clean, and property is well-maintained. The convenience of the connected shopping center with excellent and additional food and entertainment options was a huge plus. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. I traveled with my two children, and we felt completely safe at this location. Another added benefit was there is a grocery store right across the street. I would definitely recommend this location.โ

The housekeeper on floor 11th was nice and hard working.
Wonderful customer service.
At the restaurant the morning buffet was delicious however the staff needs more training in customer service. No eye contact with customers, no attention to details like bringing water or asking if we need anything. We had to get our own water, coffee, juice etc

โThe friendliness of the staff and the cozy atmosphere, good beds, everything is good. However, it seems to have been cleaned a little. We will use this hotel again on our next trip to Panama.โ
