โDom checked us in and helped take our suitcase to our room, he made us feel so welcome, we will definitely be back to stay, he is an amazing member of staff, a credit to the hotel, as me and my wife are 80 yrs old.โ
โVery quiet location considering how close to all amenities and the high street. Well presented property and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. A nice touch was during breakfast we were asked if weโd like to take some fresh croissants home with us which we did. โ
โA very nice little hotel with pleasant staff. Good location for visiting cricket ground and other things in the Headingley area. Highly recommended.โ
โReally nice reception staff and made us feel welcome and was really nice to us as we stayed there because my daughter had an operation and needed to rest after and they made sure we had everything we needed and one of them even offered to fill her hot water bottle for her stomach. So thank u. The rooms are small but u dont need much when it's just for a rest spot for a few days. Thanks again to the staff and making sure my daughter had everything she needed. Much appreciated.โ
โSpacious however I did not see one member of staff after I checked in aid before i checked out. My towels were not changed once over my 3 night stay โ
โAwesome place to stay in Leeds. 5 minute walk to the centre. Nice quiet area. Great apartment with kitchen, diner, living room, seperate bedroom, nice bathroom and even a washing machine. It had a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, beautifully laid table and stylish furniture. The staff were SUPER friendly and upgraded us to check us in early. Fridge was well stocked snd you voikd get free fresh bread from an area in reception. There is also a bar and beautiful courtyard area off the reception....
โThe hotel is in great location, close to many entertainment venues. If travelling by car there are many parking facilities close by, however the hotel should communicate any "deals" they have with parking facilities before you arrive to allow for registration of you vehicle.โ
โA unique property that was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location in the city centre was ideal to get around. The caveat for disabled or elderly is that there are lots of stairs within the apartment. โ
โReally lovely stay! Clean and peaceful apartment with access to gym, lounge area etc. However, finding the location was difficult and could have been explained better in the check-in emailโ
