โLovely hotel. The room was spacious and clean.
The spa was heaven as the indoor pool, hot tub and Turkish bath were included. I didn't see the sense in having to buy the shower cap/swimming cap as it wasn't waterproof โ

โLa vue sur les vignobles du Douro est spectaculaire. Les employรฉs aimables, sevice 5 รฉtoiles. Petit dรฉjeuner impressionnant beaucoup de variรฉtรฉs.
Dรฉception pour le restaurant. Nous avions choisi de diner le soir ร ce restaurant, vraiment decu. Le menu nโest pas digne dโun hรดtel de cette catรฉgorie. Prรฉsentation trรจs ordinaire, et choix trรจs limitรฉ et basic. โ

โWe had an incredible time at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Very accommodating for our young son. We used the babysitting service and would highly recommend for any family visiting Douro Valley. โ
