“The room was lovely, the helpful information and instructions were clear and easy to understand. (Might add some instructions for the coffee machine as I was being dim!) Lovely comfortable bed, great pillows, lots of room and very clean. Thank you for the recommended breakfast places we loved the Medina. ”

“We knew the bathroom was not en suite, but we did not realize how far from our room it would be for middle of the night trips up and down all those stairs! The breakfast was very good. Perhaps they could add some yoghurt. Staff in breakfast room was lovely. No view.”

“So Negatives: The toilet door wouldn't close, the door was slightly bigger than the frame. There was two of us so that made it a bit awkward to use the toilet. The bedding was horrible, it wasn't fitted and came off so easily. It was just tucked under the mattress almost like a thin sheet. Hated having to keep putting that back on after it just sliding off so easily. The mattress was well and truly disgusting, heavily stained. We got the hill view. “Practical place to stay, on the promenade. Friendly staff, dogs welcome. Clean, good bed and shower. If you go there at the weekend the parking spaces are free on the promenade for 4 hours ( Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm).”
