"We recently stayed at the McDonald Norwood Hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the lady at the front desk stood out with her warm and friendly manner. She made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, instantly making us feel comfortable after a long journey. Throughout our stay, she was more than happy to assist with anything we needed — a true asset to the hotel team.

"Staff were friendly enough and my room was fine. Disappointed that there was no bar or restaurant facilities as this wasn’t stated in the app.
Felt a bit unwelcoming as the front door was always locked, even during the day.
Breakfast was really good though, the chef can make a good omelette!!"
