This was a wonderful stay for us! Our last minute plans with family to stay at the beach were so easy to make happen and the affordability of the location was a key factor. The full kitchen would make this a great place to stay if you’re really trying to save some money and make your own meals.

Overall, the Grey Gull was just what we were looking for. The suite was spacious, the kitchen well equipped but bring your own crab pot, the ocean wasn't close enough to hear the waves crashing but you could see it from the balcony and the king-size bed was luxurious. The pool area was lovely with stretch lawn chairs but the hot tub needed stronger jets. Had a nice stay.

We love the condo style rooms and the ample space for our three kids. The hotel was very kind and gave us an anniversary gift which was a nice personal touch. We loved the pool, hot tub and nice walk to the beach. We have stayed here for years and enjoy it very much! Close to shopping, arcade, grocery store, gift shops and restaurants! Can’t wait to come back!

We were very impressed with all of the amenities at the hotel. We liked that our room was on the ground floor, which made it accessible to the hot tub, courtyard, trail to the beach, and for our dog to get in and out. This hotel had everything that we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Cute room and right by the pool! Perfect for families. Not far from town, walking distance and walking distance to beach. Just lots of mosquitos on the way! Pool area was perfect and staff was so kind. Great room, couches were broken down, but worked as a good pullout bed. Will stay there again!

Overall we enjoyed are stay. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed. However we did have some dirty cookware left in the oven that was overlooked when preparing our room. The promotional information indicating an ocean view from your room is not the case.
