Hospitality is second to none. Good amenities, good choice of restaurants. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. This is our second stay at the Emirates palace hotel and we are planning to come back again

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and welcoming, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the team at the club lounge – they were absolutely amazing! The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed and will probably ever stay. We were made to feel very special. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and my daughter turned 7. The staff made us feel so special. The Palace itself is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world and sells itself. This was amazing value for money, with an amazing family pool with waterslides and lazy river; amazing amenities in the rooms; a stunning beach with the warmest stillest waters I've ever swam in; complimentary camel riding, kayaking, paddle boarding etc. The list goes on - It's perfect!

This was the most gorgeous hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, from the front desk throughout the entire property, were super helpful! It was an enormous place and easy to get lost in, but it was also extremely comfortable and luxurious. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit next!

We went for my husband's birthday to enjoy a week end in the Palace. It was beyond all our expectations. The place is beautiful, service was definitely 5 stars. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live the "arabic dream" !

Its was a pleasant stay. The place is huge. But the views were amazing and the pools were really beautiful. The only criticism would be the room service food. They could use a quality check. Had higher expectations for a hotel of this quality.
