The beds were disgusting, you can feel the wires in the mattress. The mattress was old and stained and had bed bugs. The sheets were old and torn, the top sheet was torn and tattered. The room had no towels the evening front desk clerk was bothered by my request for towels. Our 2nd room was dirty and smelled of urine at check in, this was after we had to wait for them to check that the room was ready to Check into. We had to wait again for them to clean it, the tv also wasn’t working in the room. The pool has soo much bleach in it that it stings your skin. Would never stay here again.

El hotel está bien ubicado, tiene cerca la playa, puedes llegar caminando a tal solo unos 5 minutos, la atención del personal no es muy buena, no son atentos ni cordiales, las instalaciones si están bien, calidad-precio me parece lo justo, lo único por lo que te pongo 3 estrellas es por la pésima atención del personal.

Para empezar la recepcionista grosera solo por que se hizo la reservacion en Expedia , se molesto, la habitacion sin luz adecuada, el baño sucio, no se otorgaron toallas con justificación de que tenian problemas con la lavanderia
