The room had cockroaches, we warned at the reception and more or less it got better but I spoke and the very bloody lady He said that there was no bonus for the bad night, the first of three was tremendous, and that if I wanted, I would complain on the page and that's what I'm doing, I asked her name to report it but unfortunately I forgot

Un hotel terrible, está muy sucio, en las camas hay chinches y cucarachas en las habitaciones. La alberca está sin funcionar, el elevador tampoco funciona, hasta la señal de Tv es horrible. En recepción no saben cómo manejar una queja y no me resolvieron cómo se debe.

El hotel es bueno para una noche. Tiene lo básico necesario. El staff fue bueno y servicial. El único problema que tuve fue que al estar en el segundo piso en la habitación junto a las escaleras/elevador hubo demasiado ruido toda la noche tanto de huépedes pasando como ruido externo.
