"Everything about the Emmad is great. Although a little rough around the edges it’s great value for the money. The staff it friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean with lots of space. "Cockroaches and other bugs in the room and the bathroom/toilet. No pest or insect control. It was warm and sometimes hot. No portable fans available as there is no air conditioning in the hotel. Staff is ok but do not speak much English. A lot of maintenance is required as many things are missing from rooms such as hair dryer etc. "
