"The Grand was ok. Room was comfortable and very clean. Towels etc were very clean.
However, a few things were not up to scratch.
1. The bathroom had a climb in shower. OK for young people but not for oldies or those with physical health difficulties. We are 79 and 77 respectively.
2. The breakfast room was very cold. We had to dress very warmly just to have breakfast. Breakfast was reasonably good.
3. The room. We missed welcoming biscuits when we arrived, and a small fresh milk. Just little things but they make a difference. Just 4 tea bags supplied.
4. The outside of the window was filthy.
5. The carpark was $30 overnight. I would have thought that a higher subsidy would be welcome."
