“Hotel was nice and rustic which gave it its charm. Reminded me of a European hotel, which I guess is why it’s named after the ski resort in Switzerland. My only criticism was that our door lock malfunctioned when we tried to get out of the room on Saturday morning which wasn’t good. Eventually it was fixed and working properly when we got back. But that’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5/5.”

Second, staff was a text away and showed up at our room to walk us to the newly relocated firepit with Adirondack chairs under the starry sky. Would 100% stay here again. Directly next door to Fratelli's pizza and what a great value compared to pricy spots in Lake Placid.”
