“The host was very communicated ”

“No issues except it really is very noisy. There's a lot of noise coming from the garage, and the room cleaning staff chit chat loudly in the holes early in the morning and all day long.”

“Had to argue with lady at front desk to give me key to room when I left hotel.....Ridiculous....would not stay here again.... why would Leave key to room with my luggage there....makes no sense for a Hotel...I understand a motel charing by the hour but not if you are paying for the entire night”

“Location, breakfast and front desk were a plus. My only disappointment was not being allowed to use the hot tub/sauna. If you are allowed to use the gym and eat the breakfast, why not the sauna/hot tub???? J. J. extremely kind, front desk person!”

“Once again, I had an excellent experience! This is always my hotel of choice whenever I visit Bogotá. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the hotel feels very safe, and it is easy to arrange reliable and secure transportation. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous! I always enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back on my next visit.”
