"E manager and his staff we very friendly. Karmel is amazing and do anything for you.. food was super Amazing... we are going back.. if you're in this are you must stay here. We even had our own personal hot tub.. bery beautiful, bery clean and the staff was more than AMAZING.. we love them and we're going to miss them.. nest stay of our trip"
"the only annoying thing was the lack of english skills of the staff making it somewhat difficult to communicate, but they were all very nice and the fact that dinner was not served before 8pm, which is quite late; otherwise very chill and laid back vibe, nice pool, big rooms, amazing breakfast, good coffee, we enjoyed our stay and could imagine staying even longer"

"Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"I didn’t quite know what to expect when I booked this adults-only spa resort, but it ended up being absolutely fabulous and far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The only thing I regret is not staying longer—two nights simply wasn’t enough to soak it all in.
The view alone is worth the visit—absolutely breathtaking. The resort is impeccably run, and the atmosphere is serene and luxurious. The adults-only aspect made a world of difference. Being able to unwind by the beautiful pool in complete peace, without the usual background noise of children, made the experience all the more relaxing.
The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, with special recognition to Mr. G, who went above and beyond!!! He took the time to understand what I needed and made sure every detail was taken care of with care and precision.
I also indulged in a massage—truly one of the best I’ve ever had, and I get massages regularly. The social hour featuring wine and small plates was a lovely touch, with the wine being especially delicious! It was a perfect way to cap off my two-week visit to Sicily.
I’m already looking forward to returning—next time, for a longer stay. This place is a hidden gem and the perfect destination for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and be completely pampered."

"Nice hotel, lovely staff on reception. Nowhere is walkable from here, though Erice, Trapani a short drive. Great views in see view rooms. No real bar as such just a few hard seats in the restaurant no comfy seats."
