"I thought my stay at This Hotel was worth the money . Breakfast was fine and thr staff tried to do their best with everything . It's in a semi- secluded port area , near the airport which to me is it's advantage. You only have Wi-Fi , ( internet ) service while at the Hotel .. you have a secluded ( black ) beach all to yourself. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy . The outside balcony is a plus . "Beautiful property with the most professional, helpful staff! Our room was gorgeous and the jacuzzi was already running when we arrived :) easy access to Cavo Paradiso and Paraga beach with choice of beach clubs. We booked a suite that came with a free spa service, free entry and sun beds at Tropicana beach clubs, and 10% off the restaurant. The massages were well worth it. The hotel is built on a hill so they have drivers that help to take you up for breakfast buffet and the infinity pools on top level, which hosted AMAZING views. Additionally, we arranged round trip transport from the port and our driver (named started with a D?) was there on time without any hassle - he was fantastic and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely come back again. The only nit-picky complaints I have was about the bedding and the difficulty with espresso maker in the room. The beds only were dressed with very very thin sheet-like comforter and sheets were a bit scratchy. The espresso machine was placed on top of mini fridge in room but no available outlets were available to use so needed to bring espresso machine across the room to actually use."

"The staff here is very accommodating, professional, and warm. We were greeted very well. The rooms are very nice, close to all restaurants and amenities, and a very short walk to the bus stop. We had minor issues with our hot tub and they acted on it and fixed the issue immediately. Would recommend and stay here again"

"The resort was good overall, but it lacked the finesse I’ve experienced at some other resorts. The staff were genuinely great and provided excellent service throughout our stay, which was definitely one of the highlights. That said, there were several maintenance issues around the resort that took away from the experience — things like loose or damaged tiles, a nail sticking out of the floor, and a handrail that wasn’t fitted properly. Small details, but noticeable in a hotel of this standard. The cocktails also need some improvement. For example, the mojito arrived without mint, and quite a few of the cocktails just tasted overly sweet and syrupy rather than properly balanced. Food was very hit and miss across both the restaurants and the buffet. Some meals were enjoyable, but others were disappointing — the chicken was often very dry, and the burgers from the street food bar were really inconsistent. One was fine, while another was rock hard. On the positive side, the pool area, views, and overall service were excellent. If the hotel can improve the consistency of the food and drinks, along with tightening up maintenance and operational details, it could easily become an incredible resort."

"Very good hotel. Decent food and close to the town and beach. My only complaint is we paid for 1/2 board (dinner and breakfast) and for breakfast we got full buffet and coffee/tea/juice/water etc. But for dinner we only got food and no drinks. I asked for water and they said no they only serve free water at breakfasts, not even free tap water even though it is safe to drink… so they make you pay €6 for a bottle of water with your meal if you want to drink. I’m not sure what the rules are in Greece but coming from the UK that was very disappointing. That being said, staff were friendly and the food was decent when we got it."

"This hotel was so beautiful. The bed was comfy and the water pressure with the waterfall shower head was so good. The buffet breakfast opened at 8am and was so yummy! The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the port in Naxos and is within walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes you could want. The water on the beach was so clear and beautiful. We stayed here in late May and the water was cold but refreshing after a long day! The hotel also had its own shuttle service for an extra fee that was very convenient!!"
