“호텔에 도착해서 체크인을 하는데 룸 업그레이드를 해주겠다고 옆 호텔로 안내했다. 그런데 옆 호텔이 업그레이드한 것 치고 그다지 나아보이지 않았고, 원했던 분위기가 아니어서 그냥 원래 예약한 호텔에 머물고 싶다고 했더니 그제서야 오버부킹 되었음을 알렸다. 직원은 우리가 선택한 방보다 더 좋은 조건이라면서, 원래 예약한 방을 보여줬는데 그 방도 예약 당시 확인했던 사진과도 매우 달랐다. 일부러 돈을 더 지불하고 sea view를 선택했는데 직원이 보여준 방은 바다도 보이지 않고 거의 다락방 수준이었다. 성수기라 다른 호텔로 이동하기도 어려워서 옆 호텔에 묵기는 했지만 직원의 태도가 상당히 불쾌했다.
