“Got to hotel after long flight try to check in wanted £389 just saying this issue is with you and vendor that’s it”

“Nice food daily changed. Many swimming pools. Amazing staff. Just a little quieter off peak. Booked a room with private pool - but turned out it was a sharing pool and NOT a pool. It was shallow 30cm. So that’s wrongly advertised and beware. When checking out the reception staff accused us of stealing towel cards which was ridiculous and that ruined our experience right at the end. Apart from that it was a great trip”

“We had a lovely stay at the Riu, everything was clean and well kept, the food was great and the staff were really friendly. However the reception and shop staff were less friendly almost to the point of being funny! But would fully recommend.”
