"The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. The location was pretty ideal too, seeing as it’s not far from the Main Street in Agadir and also the beach. It was also pretty clean, for the most part. Now for the negatives. The atmosphere and the way everything looks is amazing, I loved that about the hotel, honestly very nice, the Spa, Hammam and massage was fantastic I would love to do again. The staff were very friendly and helped us with multiple things. There are multiple places to eat close by which makes it a great location. I didnt really eat at the hotel because it is very overpriced, an Omelette there is like 16€ when you can go to a cafe...

"No washcloths in bathroom, matress was rather hard, and i found it difficult to regulate the room temp. Staff was friendly. Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality. "Basic but clean room, slight issue with Air-Con but staff were super responsive and fixed straight away! Staff always willing to help and would highly recommend the on site Spa for Hammam (women only) Close enough to range of restaurants which were still open even in Ramadan just operating at slightly different opening hours usually closing for an hour around 7/8 to allow staff to break fast. "
