"I was happy to stay at Comfort Hotel Himeji for 2 nights. We previously stayed at another hotel which was quite dirty, then an AirBNB without breakfast, and Comfort Hotel fixed both of those. We got worried by some bad reviews on google citing thin walls and a rude staff member. Well, most walls in Japan are quite thin, we didn't find them any more thinner than any other walls. Also all the staff were super friendly. The room was very clean and smelled clean. The staff were very friendly and seem to have a wide variety of ammenities and extras. The breakfast was just fantastic, so delicious! I will definitely be looking at this hotel again if I'm in Hiroshima again."

"Clean and bright, the rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast was plentiful with varied items. The hotel is close to the two train stations and, if you are a walker, close to castle and museums."

"The bath in the room was a surprise and we enjoyed it. It is a hidden gem in the area especially for the price we paid. Definitely we will stay here again. The 2-bed room we stayed was roomy and with a good view. Very satisfied with the view. Only thing the hotel does not offer is breakfast. But it could be easily arrange in the area close by."

"I have stayed at this hotel brand multiple times in Japan, and everything was fine until this parking guy. He was the rudest person I have ever met here. He kept a straight face the whole time and barked orders like an ICE agent: “Hey! Get the luggage out! Hey!! You need to drive your car in the garage yourself! Now!” This man lacks the most basic respect for guests. The stay itself would have been a 4.5 star rating without him. Avoid if you value polite service."
