“It was a good stay overall but I stayed at the older section of the hotel and some of the amenities there need fixing (e.g. showers and bathroom drainage). The fitness centre can also be cleaner and more user-friendly.”

“The staff members were very respectful, friendly, and always ready to help, especially Emmanuel. He went above and beyond by offering to go into town to purchase some items we needed for our kids. “When I got to the hotel they had advised there were no rooms available which made no sense because the app allowed me to book and they also pre authorized my bank account , they assured me that they would not take the payment only for me to confirm as of yesterday they debited a total of 160 CDN despite the fact they turned me away a clear case of fraud here and I am working alongside customer service to retrieve the money they stole from my account”

“코포리두아에서 이정도 시설이면 나쁘지 않다. 조식 보통, 수영장 있지만 사용하기 힘듬. 직원이 매우 친절하다. 가끔 정전, 단수도 한번 경험함. 24시간 출입관리는 좋다. 안전하다고 느낌. 직원의 친절함이 높은 점수를 줄 수 있게 만들었다.”

“This was a staycation for my husband and me, and after returning from an amazing holiday in Vietnam, we thought we’d try this fairly new hotel. While Newport Hotel is clean, quiet, and fairly nice, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.
We truly appreciated the attentive staff and the peaceful, somewhat secluded location just off the main road. Unfortunately, the food was another story. My tuna salad, spring rolls, and fries were edible but definitely subpar.
