"El hotel sería fácilmente un 10 si el servicio durante el desayuno pudiera mejorar. Lamentablemente, el staff de la mañana en el buffet mostró un servicio lento y, en algunos casos, poco amable. En particular, algunos colaboradores como Jordan, Manuel y el cocinero encargado de huevos y quesadillas transmitieron una actitud poco empática, dando la impresión de que el servicio se brindaba a disgusto, como si fuera un favor y no parte de la experiencia del huésped. En contraste, quiero resaltar el excelente trato de Eker, así como la amabilidad constante del equipo de recepción, el personal de piscina y el staff encargado de las actividades, quienes fueron siempre atentos y profesionales. Esto confirma que el hotel cuenta con muy buen talento humano en varias áreas. Lamentablemente, el tema del desayuno fue recurrente durante los tres días de mi estancia. El primer día pensé que podía deberse a haber pedido a la carta, pero en los días siguientes, aun consumiendo del buffet, la experiencia fue igual o incluso peor. Considero que esta área es una gran oportunidad de mejora. Con un equipo que realmente disfrute el servicio y la hospitalidad, la experiencia del hotel sería sobresaliente y completamente acorde al nivel que el resto del personal sí logra ofrecer."

"Had an amazing stay at Chichipicas. The entire hotel felt like a being at a spa. The staff were friendly and attentive, food was great and the pool is a dream. The rooms are clean and comfortable and every detail was thought of. I hope to be back in the future!"

"Parking is two blocks away and you arrange and pay for it separately from the hotel. You may get lucky with street parking, but don't depend on it. "

"Incredible stay. Prior to getting to the hotel we let them know our time of arrival and they had our room ready earlier than check in time. The upgraded our room to suite 5 and it was so spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, accommodating any requests super quickly (fastest I’ve ever seen in a hotel). Hotel was very clean, room even smelled clean when we walked in. The pool area and rooftop were so relaxing, we only had a small amount of time to enjoy it prior to attending wedding events, but it was great. Located just a few blocks off of the main town center and close to absolutely everything you could need. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. AC worked fantastically which was big for me. Rooms were quiet, it’s a small hotel but couldn’t hear neighbors or staff at all. The breakfast was included (except for a few additional items) and it was delicious. Some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had and great coffee. This was one of my favorite hotel stays ever and if I’m ever in Valle de Bravo again I would stay here in a heartbeat. "

"Beautiful hotel, well located in town. If you're driving a car, a little tricky, as located on a hill. Only saw 4-5 parking spots. Walking distance to many restaurant. 45min from Herrera Butterfly Sanctuary. Amazing views of the Lake. Rooms are modern and looking like the photos online. Best shower I had the whole trip !!! Just wished they had a mini fridge in the room. Great Nespresso machine. We had 1 breakfast + one dinner at the restaurant on site and it was just ok. It was low season, so it felt like they had to ask the chef to come in, as we were the only couple in there, both times. The Spa was good, we booked a massage. The Pool area was nice, but the water was not heated, so a little to cold for swimming. We didn’t try the bath tubs. Would definitely return. Staff was amazing and always helpful."

"The hotel was nice and comfortable, we had a good stay. The room was clean but it would have benefitted from warmer/thicker sheets in the beds. The service was good but the instructions for the use of the jacuzzi were unclear so we were unable to use it."
