“The best thing is the location in the center, close to restaurants, bars, cafe and park.. I stayed at a single room, which is smaller than I expected, but it was okay to stay a couple of days. One thing disappointing me was the cleaning service, I asked them to come a couple of ours since I have to finish my work in the morning. However when I came back to the room in the evening, it had not been cleaned, maybe they forgot.”

“The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building ”

“Lots of construction across the street (May 2024). Noise level is very high. Property is clean and spacious. I could not figure out the air conditioning. So room was warm. Internet is weak. Equipped kitchen for cooking is a plus. Nice size shower with rain head. It is at a busy intersection. The management did not send a confirmation email so I had to call when I arrived to get entry information. No on-site reception. Luggage storage on-site is in the lobby and does not lock. 15 minute walk to...

“This place is so well located, right in the action across the street from Mechane Yehudah. I requested a quiet room so had to carry our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs but it was worth it! And I liked the authenticity of the old building in Jerusalem stone and our cute balcony overlooking the residential lanes at the back. Totally cute! Suite was dated but comfortable and staff super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay! ”

“Amazing place for families. Pastoral property with big apartments and green areas. The pool is really good for both children and adults. Breakfast is rich and served to the room, it was really nice to eat it as picnic. The people in reservation desk are nice but service has limited open hours ”

We really liked that the hotel is situated on a quiet street/alley just a minute's walk from limitless shopping, dining, transit options and we enjoyed walking to the old city down Jaffa street daily. The staff was courteous and the value for the price paid was incredible. We would consider the property during an extended stay in Jerusalem again - it felt like we had our own private...

“The staff was very helpful especially Asaf who was an incredibly nice person and helped us with directions on how to get around and how to connect with internet , even on our car rentals etc.. We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online. It was a very pleasant stay and very cute, small suite close to everything. I would definitely go there again if I return to Jerusalem! Thank you Aju Hillel!”

“The apartment was clean and cozy. Nice completed kitchen had most things we need. Washer and dryer was a big bonus. Perfect location close to the centre city, right next to Mahane Yehuda market with quit a few good restaurants near by. The host was easy to contact via WhatsApp and allowed early to check-in. Everything about this accommodation was perfect and I would definitely book with them again when I return to Jerusalem.”

“We stayed one night and were very impressed. Perfect accommodation in central Jerusalem. Excellent value for money. Would recommend. There is unfortunately no parking as stated on the property description but we managed to find and the corner. Communication was good but would have been better had we received the initial communication earlier as there is an online registration form to complete before getting check in instructions. “The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals.”

“They place need maintenance, new towels, clean the kitchen, paint the walls, clean shower, ETC. ”
