The Palm Bosphorus Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Me and a friend booked two double rooms for three nights in October. The rooms were on the smaller side, but the space was perfectly adequate and comfortable. They had modern décor and included essentials such as a TV, kettle with tea bags, fridge, and other basics. An iron was available from the front desk.The view from my room wasn’t great as it overlooked a street, but the location more than made up for it with the metro, ferries, and bus terminal are all within walking distance, making it easy to reach places on the Asian side such as Çamlıca Mosque and Beylerbeyi Palace. The hotel is also just around the corner from the iconic Uncular Caddesi/Gastronomy street, which offers a wide variety of great food, desserts, and a lively, vibrant atmosphere.Rooms were cleaned daily, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Two very minor points, purely down to personal preference: I would have preferred a handheld shower hose, and the pillows were made from a woven fabric that I found uncomfortable, although they were swapped for cotton pillows on the second night."
