This was one of best hotel while in Istanbul and I stayed at 3, it was very clean and the staff was amazing. It walkable distance to everything. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to shop and explore. I will definitely stay again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to everything. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would happily stay here again! ❤️🇹🇷

I was not happy with coordination with hotel regarding checking and hotel transfer from airport. We arrived with two separate flights and although they asked all the information they did not provide a ride to hotel and also they didn’t let the first group to check in before I arrived. They kept them in the lobby for several hours. The location of the hotel was excellent. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The shower drainage was not very good. The quality of breakfast and service was not good at all, but the area had a very nice view.

The hotel and room were modern, nicely decorated and overall very comfortable, and the location was good. Cleaning could be a little more thorough, particularly in the shower, and there were a few minor repairs that could be addressed. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned for two days in a row. This was rectified fairly quickly after raising it with reception, but it did cause some inconvenience. On the second occasion, we returned after being out all day at around 16:30 to find the room had still not been serviced and there were no clean towels, so we were unable to shower. We then had to wait for the room to be cleaned, despite needing to leave again at 17:45. This left us with very limited time to get ready, and we had expected the room to have been serviced while we were out. On our final night, there was a wedding taking place outside the hotel. While this was understandably outside the hotel’s control, the road can already be noisy, and combined with the wedding it made sleeping very difficult. The hotel also did not have any earplugs available. Light sleepers may want to request a room away from the front. Overall, a comfortable and nicely presented hotel in a good location, but the housekeeping and noise issues did impact our experience.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Erkan Ozbek was very friendly and recommended some neighborhood we should explore. Arda can answer to all your questions about the city sites and shops. Burak was very efficient and helpful. The whole staff was so accommodating with every question we had. We spent three days in the old town very interesting to see all antiquities. This is in Taksim area and a very vibrant community. You have to see both to have a great instanbul experince.

As a hotel executive in New York City, I am a big fan of Turkish hospitality. No country can beat Turkish hospitality and service culture. My room was modest and clean. Everyday cleaning service and clean towels were making me feel so happy once I was back to my hotel room. Every day, 1 liter of complimentary Turkish mineral water was a simple, polite amenity. I did not get a chance to use the rooftop breakfast, however. The Pera district offers tons of great restaurant and cocktail bar options. Mahir Lokantasi ( gourmet's favorite) was also tasty and authentic. We will be back in August for another trip!
