We are sorry to read Robert your stay was disturbed by some inconsiderate people. On arrival you were given a welcome letter to which has our afterhours number to call as we have a manager on site to deal with such situations. We have no hesitation in having security come out to evict. Or you could have called Police link if it was that bad. The guests in question did leave the next morning. The same morning you mentioned your Air Con was leaking. So, we had a private contractor come out on a Sunday who fixed immediately. As for compensation. You booked and paid a through a third a party, not direct with the property. Safe travels.
