"Shower was"

"We checked in at 10:30, so it was too late for complaints. But this place is NOT nice. Room 311 was dirty, and it smelled musty, like someone had smoked in it at one point. The toilet seat was barely attached. My wife said, "You booked a Best Western, you should have known better." But, the reviews were good!!! They were wrong!!! Would never stay here again. Period. Looks new on the outside...NOT on the inside. Don't be fooled."

"Overall, the stay was good for the price. Check-in took a little longer since there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes. I called the number they said to call, no one answered on the first try, on the second try, they came. Not a huge deal, but after a long drive with young kids, it wasn't ideal. Other than that, though, the stay was fine! Breakfast was good, too."

"We stayed in a suite, and unfortunately the air conditioning in the sitting room was not working. When we arrived, the room temperature was 86°F, making that area very uncomfortable during our stay. The pullout sofa mattress, where our grandson slept, had several questionable stains, which was concerning. We also noticed that the hallway carpet was heavily stained and appeared to be in need of replacement or deep cleaning. My husband and grandson were somewhat disappointed with the breakfast selection, feeling that there were limited options available. That said, this is an older property, so we tried to keep that in mind and extend a little grace. While the hotel has potential, some maintenance, cleanliness, and amenity improvements would greatly enhance the guest experience."
