Comfortable stay for a family near Aix downtown

Very nice stay. The apartment was very large and comfortable for a family with kids. Parking on site is a big help. Will stay again

For the price, you get a nice studio with a kitchen and an airconditioning system that works very well. The property looks a little bit dated here and there, but it's clean and it has a nice bed and all the amenities work. The location of the city residence is a little bit outside of the actual city centre - if you don't have a car, you can take a 45 minute walk or order a taxi to take you to the centre.

Was good enough, like a university halls of of residence. The property was quite far from the city centre, almost on the.main highway heading into town. I was hoping it would be walkable into the city centre which it really wasn’t and there were no shops or anything you could walk to. Parking was limited and really confusing and the communication was not great. I got an email about how to check in but did not receive this until the morning of my stay when I didn’t have wifi to receive it. Think I would choose somewhere closer to town or at least in a more walkable neighbourhood if I were to go back to Aix

Climatisation en panne dans tout l'étage pendant 2 nuits d'affilée. Chaleur insoutenable, impossible de dormir notamment pour les enfants. Ajoutons à cela l'odeur de cigarette en entrant dans l'appartement, les portes cassées, le lavabo sans bonde, .. Bref, manque d'entretien et de sérieux.

J'ai recu un mail demandant d'arriver avant 19h, ce que nous avons fait. A notre arrivée, personne à la reception, mais notre carte de chambre laissée sur le coffre avec notre identité et celle des autres personnes de l'hôtel... Chambre inconfortable, placards qu'on n'arrive pas à ouvrir et portes qui grincent, hygiene moyenne, zero accueil. On est parti le soir même, pas possible de dormir là.

Il faut presque je battre ( c’est une image ) ou rentrer tôt pour avoir une place parking . A moins de payer le parking privé sous réserve qu’il y est de la place . Plusieurs hôtel et résidence en enfilade avec les mêmes problèmes de stationnement. Arrivé de nuit !!! Pas terrible l’éclairage :( . Heureusement résidence très calme bien qu’un coup de neuf ne serait pas du luxe . Petit appart pour une ou deux personnes un peu à l’étroit pour un séjour de 3 jours .
