Hôtel bien situé car proche des restaurants, des thermes et du centre ville d'Aix les bains. Pour les chambres donnant sur la rue : énormément de passage jusqu a 00h00 et à partir de 5h du matin...sommeil perturbé à cause du bruit. Personnel peu accueillant sauf les agents d'entretien qui sont très serviables!

Old building, very limited parking you must pay for,the hotel has no thermo baths or pool, you must travel 5 mins by car to reach the thermo baths located in town. There are many resturants and good food found within walking distance

hôtel très accueillant le personnel de l’accueil comme en salle sont très accueillante , c'est un hôtel qui est agréable car même les personnes qui sont à l’hôtel vous dise bonjour le soir en allant manger et de même au petit déjeuné .les environs très jolie pour se promener à pied même si je n'es pas eu le temps de le faire .vous chercher un hôtel avec des prix correct allez y vous en jugerez par vous même .

Pratique car situé en centre ville .

Idéalement situé . Personnel à l'écoute et arrangeant . Quelques travaux de rénovation intérieure seraient à faire . Pour des curistes pas tout jeunes et souvent à mauvaise mobilité il serait judicieux de remplacer les baignoires par des douches ( douches qui n'ont pas de pare-douche d'ou la difficulté d'utiliser correctement le pommeau de celle-ci ) .

Je viens de passer trois jours sur Aix les bains à l'hôtel thermal. Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse et très bien entretenus. L'hôtel est très bien située et le personnel très sympa. Je recommande vivement.

Hôtel agréable avec une belle vue du 3ème étage sur les monts de la ville, tout dépend de l'exposition de la chambre, personnel très aimable, le confort et la propreté sont corrects, le petit-déjeuner self-service est complet (sucré-salé), de plus propose des prestations pour les soins thermaux par affichage dans l'hôtel, d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix, nous recommandons cet hôtel.
