"Fantastic location and service, just ask for a high floor!
We booked the Deluxe Triple Room and had a wonderful stay overall. The location is unbeatable—being right on top of a major station is incredibly convenient, drastically cutting down on walking time and transfers. While the room itself was a bit smaller than we expected, it featured lots of windows that provided fantastic city views and a bright, pleasant ambiance.
The staff were professional, friendly, and highly accommodating. Most spoke fluent English, and for those who didn't, they were eager to help and easily used Google Translate to make sure we were taken care of. The breakfast buffet was also great, though the fresh fruit selection was a bit lacking.
The only minor downside is that you can faintly hear the trains below, especially during the quiet late-night hours. It wasn’t overwhelmingly loud, but it was enough to be distracting when trying to sleep. I would highly recommend requesting a higher floor if you are a light sleeper.
Crucial Navigation Tip: Nagoya Station is big and can confuse even Google Maps. Remember that Japan has many different train companies. If you are arriving from the airport via the Meitetsu μ-Sky Express Train, you will land at Meitetsu Station. Head toward the Central Exit and follow signs for the JR Lines (Sakura-dori Exit). You will walk past the Silver Clock, and eventually, the Gold Clock. The entrance to the hotel building is directly to the left as you exit that area."
