“I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me...

“Clean room, prompt and excellent staff, it is far from the Kaabah but there is a shuttle provided”

“We had the premier suite which was amazing and it had 2 barrooms so my wife was happy it was spacious and well maintained the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a regular shuttle bus to and from the Masjid Al Haram and if you want to walk it talks 30-40 mins and is literally straight down the road. Would highly recommend this hotel for its value”
