"I got at the hotel at 11pm after a long journey. Manager nearly denied my booking even though I had proof & I paid for it. He tried convincing me I was at the wrong place. Then he said they have several locations even though my confirmation had this location on there. After 3hours of hitting tooth & nail, and after they found out I was a US citizen, they gave me my spot. They didn’t even have room ready.
