“This is a modest Guest House in Durres, which is a small beach town one hour west of Tirana and the airport TIA. The owners are a retired couple who live downstairs the property. “We got a room with a single queen sized bed for the wife and I. Room looked like it was just recently built. Modern looking and functional. Plenty of places for your things. It appeared that most rooms had a balcony. Ours had a table with 2 chairs. It was a nice area to decompress after a busy day. We could see the sea from our balcony. “The rooms were clean, good breakfast. The housekeeping service staff need some training, perhaps with written instructions as a list of things to do. It was a bit of a hit and miss service. Good location about 15 min easy walk to the port. The Albanian people were very nice. It is a family run hotel and the season is a bit early so few improvements going on. Overall excellent place to stay in Saranda.”
