"The staff, specifically the young man manning the counter most afternoons, was exceptional. I was travelling all through the Balkans and no place went out of their way more than Hotel Ebel in Tirana. Excellent location, great access to good and drink even on the premises connected. Lite breakfast was good, they even made me to go boxes as 2 of my 3 days I left for tours before the start of breakfast, waiting up front. Extremely thoughtful. The hotel room itself is much larger than others, and is set in a very charming setting. Great value for the money and Service 11 out of 10. When you find yourself in Tirana see for yourself. Thanks for a magnificent stay."

"The hotel is modern and exceptionally well maintained by the hardest working and kindest cleaning crew I've might. Excellent rooms, refreshing pool, and nearby beach access with chairs and umbrellas. What really sets the place apart are it's people who consistently went above and beyond. Amazing stay and we will be back!"

"We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. From check in to check out experience is excellent. Everyone is so warm, helpful and accommodating. From the receptionists especially Greece who is always very helpful, to the restaurant staff like Toci who is very accommodating during breakfast buffet the housekeeping ladies including the night security. They are all an asset to this hotel in keeping the highest standard. The hotel location is very convenient with everything. We will definitely coming back into this hotel. You guys were all amazing. Keep up the good work. Love from Rodrigo 😘"

"Breakfast was pretty bad, the jacuzzi is literally in the parking lot, the restaurant menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and pool snacks is pretty bad and looks cheap compared to the price of the room per night. The A/C in the room doesn’t really work, it only cools the bathroom area but doesn’t really cool the actual bed and room. Compared to the pictures and price of the hotel, it was very disappointing and not up to the actual standards and pictures that are seen in Expedia."

"The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort of this caliber."

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel for my birthday. My room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were engaging and pleasant. I was pleased to receive a cake and wine for my birthday. It was soo sweet. I like that the hotel was in proximity of a small market, ice cream shop and the ocean. People were able to walk around and enjoy the amazing weather and visit the local restaurants. I would definitely stay there again."
