Hi, We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Our Spa and Pool can only be opened when there are park staff in attendance for safety reasons. We do try for a wide coverage from 8am to 9pm 7 days per week.

Hi Silvia, We are sorry that you were not happy with your cabin. Our staff would have corrected anything broken if you had bought it to our attention while you were here. We pride ourselves on our housekeeping standard so I am very surprised to hear that you found anything dirty but rest assured I will check into it immediately. 5 Adults staying in a cabin can make it feel crowded. Possibly choosing a beach house or one of our larger accommodation options would best suit you next time.
