Albolote, Andalusia hotel rooms at the Inturjoven

"Breakfast was very good and we used the valet service so no issues at all. Cathy (front desk reception) was phenomenal! Very helpful in guiding us with check-in, parking, restaurants close by and all of the sites we wanted to see. Given the city was closing/limited movement for Semana Santa, her advice was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Hotel Anacapri and hope to return to see more of this magnificent city!"

"I love this hotel and have stayed here before. However, this time our shower leaked and housekeeping had to come both nights to mop up the floor. The bar/restaurant terrace was stunning, the room was clean, and the food was good. "

"We travelled by bus with just a short walk with our cases. The hotel frontage is quite small. The welcome was good with a map supplied but no recommendations. Our room was spacious with a well equipped shower room. We had a kettle, fridge and free safe, Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced with so much choice and very good service. The hotel is well located and about 25 minutes walk from the Alhambra. We would be pleased to stay here again."

"Hotel location is okay, 30 min walk to St Nicolas point view. 5 min walk to supermarket. There is a bar opposite the hotel and this gets very noisy at night. I had to put on my noise cancelling headphones so I could sleep. You can also hear the traffic on the roads, even with the windows closed. There were no freebies given like other hotels, they have hand soap and cream in the dispensers and the same for the shower but that’s it. They gave teas on the first day of our stay but only give it on the first day. Hotel cleaning for the rooms is below average. There were three of us in a triple room, but only 2 of everything was provided in the room. The room seems a bit dated. The air conditioning kept turning off after a few hours, we told reception and later a handy man came and fixed it. The customer service skills of some of the staff members I spoke to at the reception desk was really bad. When we called reception, they showed attitude and cut the phone off on us. We asked for a spoon and he said you have to get it from the bar and then cut the line. The highlight and the good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in Spain, the dining area is big and the 2 male staff members that worked in the breakfast area were so nice and friendly. The wi-fi worked fine too. "
