While the properties were beautiful, but DO NOT trust the staff here.
When we arrived to our stay the entire property had lost power due to weather. When I called the property to check-in, they notified us of the power outage and promised us a refund if we requested one. We decided to sit in the parking lot for a period of time prior to requesting a refund in the hopes that the power would come back on. After 1 hour, we decided to request a refund and leave.
The staff promised us a refund and processed the request, but itโs been over a month and they have since rescinded their promise. I payed full price expecting all of the services they provide, and received nothing but still paid full price. I have called 3 times and emailed them but they keep ignoring my communications.
I will not be returning again!
