“Our room had water leaking from the ceiling. Went to the desk and asked for a room change and the wanted to know if water was coming out or if it looked like it had. Finally got a new room. Police patrolled the lot all night. Very over priced because of the hot air ballon festival. Do not recommend my wife couldn’t sleep because of the car alarms and constant in parking lot traffic”

“Had to ask for a different room”

“Nice hotel, suprisingly spacious room”

“Bathroom: sink was clogged, faucet was rusty and moldy; face towels were discolored. Breakfast area: no plates ( had to ask front desk to replenish); flies in the area; countertop was dirty ( spilled cereals all over); drinking fountain was dirty; front desk personnel was just sitting not checking the breakfast area.”

“The hotel is not good and a lot of stuff needs to be fix and cleaned”

“It’s a nice motel with Route 66 ambiance. Liked the bar with the live music. Close to the center and beautiful botanical gardens. Thumbs up.”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...
