“The staff is super friendly & accommodating. The property is clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants to choose from (quick eats to nice steakhouse). We ate at multiple restaurants at Santa Ana Star and they were all very good. The pool area is nice and clean as well. We will definitely be back.”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days.
On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day.
We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“The staff was amazing and very attentive.
The room was decent, the bed and pillows were not comfy but not enough to complain about.
Keep in mind, the restaurant and bar in the hotel are actually “not part of the hotel” so you can’t bring drinks from the bar to the pool. Other than that, this was a good hotel for a good price”
