“What a disaster We were there on a holiday weekend & place was overbooked; kids were outta control; running up and down the hallways & lobby; Amenities: no way could they be used restaurant: service was another disaster; food came out cold Bar =- expensive & food was garbage”

“I travel extensively and don’t normally write hotel reviews. But this time I feel compelled to do so because I feel like this hotel is vastly over-rated (as it is, at best, a 3-star rather than 4-star as listed) and over-priced. The issues were numerous—none of which individually is a big deal, but none of which I would normally see in a 4-star hotel, and one of which is unacceptable at any hotel of any level.
