예약을 잘못해서 어려움이 있었는데 직원분들도 친절히 도와주시고 숙소도 깔끔하니 좋네요. 알렉산더시티에서는 이곳이 제일 나은거 같습니다.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms had dirty socks left in the room. The toilet was running when we walked into the room the first time. Spots were all over the walls. The carpet stuck to our feet! Like slimy carpet! Wasn’t a great feel! Had to wear socks the entire time so I didn’t get creeped out!

This hotel needs attention. Strong cleaning fluid smells. Dirty floors and carpet. The light by the bed didn’t work because the cord couldn’t reach the electrical socket?!? The vending machines were broken. The room shades were broken. The place needs a staff that cares.

The only thing I didn’t like is the refrigerator making a noise all night long. I checked to make sure it was closed properly and it was.

Needs some updating.
Doable for one night stays. Beds are hard, rooms have very little lighting. Needs to be updated throughout. No snack station or newer amenities.

Overnight on the way to the beach
Our family stopped in for an overnight stay on the way to the beach. The staff was excellent ,cleanliness was top notch ,the breakfast selection was perfect. Stop in you’ll love it.

Staff was great! I had two beds and one of them had BED BUGS!!! Oh my gosh!!! Crawling on me and biting me! I PAID $150 A NIGHT FOR THIS!!! I COULD HAVE PAID $68 A NIGHT NEXT DOOR AT DAYS INN The area where the ice machine was located had ceiling panels that fell due to some sort of leak. On my first day there the ice machine didn't even have any ice. I stayed on the first floor.

Overnight stay in Alexander city
The first room assigned was not clean, the girl had to go check & she saw the bathroom & bedroom dirty. She assigned us to another room & it was clean. There was a water bug in the middle of the night that crawled out. The breakfast bar was ok. I am used to the normal selection at the other Hampton inns, they just had the bare minimum. We will try it again sometime to give them the benefit of the doubt. The price was double all the other hotels. So when you pay almost 200 instead of 100 you expect to get a little better than the other hotels.

The only problems i had were with check in on Friday March 17th. The lady that checked us in was rude, accused me of snatching my license or credit card from her hand. She couldn't read the zip code on my license and asked me for my phone number 4 times because she couldn't enter it correctly. Then she asked for a credit card and i told her the room was already paid for. The money came out if my account. I think her name was something like Sandra or Sendreka. She was a heavy set woman, black with green lipstick and almost bald head. Other guest had the similar problems with her.

The GM was great. Simple check-in and waived the smoking deposit. Room was nice. My only complaints were that the sliding door on the shower needs to be replaced and the hearing unit won't get very warm.

There were no problems at this hotel, which was very pleasing. The only improvement I could suggest is checking for floor cleanliness around and in elevators. Our stay was wonderful!

Room 320 had a large taping issue in the ceiling that needed repaired. Ice machine on 4th floor was broken. Originally assigned to room 210. Walked into room, a complete mess. Looked like a party room.

Most staff was rude. When house keeping finally occurred, the cover up spray was excessive causing breathing problems. So bad had to check out and drive home on Thursday night. My own luggage had to be placed in the trunk because it was sprayed down so much.

Very nice staff. Roomed seemed to be clean however we did find dirty clothes under the bed when we was heading out making sure we had everything. Waffle maker was broke for breakfast but all in all not bad place to stay

Not a bad place to stay
Could have had a better breakfast selection. The hours posted for the pool are incorrect. The hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant to deal with. I would stay again.
