We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Helnan Palace Hotel. We booked three rooms to celebrate my sister-in-lawโs wedding, and the experience was truly special.
The hotelโs decoration and vibe perfectly reflect the elegance of the last kingโs era, adding a unique charm to our stay.
The staff and service were beyond excellent. Youssef and the entire Front Desk team were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist us. The location is fantasticโjust a short walking distance from the Gateโand the free shuttle service to all popular areas around Montazah was a great convenience.
The only downsides were that there were some minor cleanliness issues. However, these did not overshadow the wonderful experience we had. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, prime location, and timeless atmosphere.
