I will not this hotel anymore, hotel staff is too much rude, room is different from the official picture. Totally different! This is not 5 star hotel, 2-3stars

The room was small, the pool was closed. Reading lamps were broken. In the toilet one flush was broken. Tricky way to switch on/off some lights in the room. No direct access to the beach or own beach. The pictures of the hotel far from reality. There are better hotels in Alexandria in terms of the price ,place, quality and location.

Spectacular luxury hotel on the Corniche. If you'd like to be away from the noise of Alexandria, this is the place. Extremely helpful staff, great rooms, fast internet.

This resort is like a little jewel by the beach. Compared to what is around it is WAY BETTER. The staff makes a great difference with their details and concern for guests. Bfast is really good and Santorini is outstanding.

The staff are absolutely impeccable they are driven to great service and making sure the customer is happy. Always GENUINELY asking if the experience could be better. Staff were amazing. The property itself is a bit old and there Are taxi drivers around the property ready to take advantage and over-charge tourists! Make sure you only use Uber in Alexandria. You will be guaranteed an air-conditioned car for CHEAPER than the yellow and black cabs.

Do yourself a favor and never stay here. First when I went to check in they had me wait in lobby for over 3 hours. I was understanding because I’m partially to blame Checked in two days late to reservation which are absolutely not refundable. Had to wait for a person name Ahmed to check me in guessing is the manager of hotel reception. My stay was from the 13-19 asked them to change it to 14-20 they inform me not possible then they proceeded to downgrade my room cause apparently my room is booked (smh). Next day I try to explore but realize need to exchange currency ask the reception who inform me about an bank atm in lobby which kinda hidden I’m guessing for privacy. I insert $480 and the machine take all my money not returning a dime or receipt. Spoke to the front desk hoping they would be able to help who make me wait an hour to see a manger and the manager tells me the machine is out of service “did you not see the sign “ told him there is no sign he checks and the sign is on top of atm manger reposts sign and tells me to call the bank and speak to them. I explain to the manager I don’t have a eqyptian number and the call won’t go through. After refusing to help me any further I leave to try to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Came back to to hotel and see a guest arguing with reception about my same problem i check to see if the out of service was removed. Sign removed and not even on top of atm. Returned to my room and my dress shoes are gone ( I’m only here for wedding).

Very kind and nice staff, nice beach. But the hotel does not seem to be well managed. We asked for a rolls for 3 (1 adult and 2 teen agers): they upgraded us with a suite but with only one bed. They proposed to open the sofa bed but the mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable. Not a 5 star hotel.

My sister and I visited Alexandria for 3 days and stayed in the Hilton. This hotel is amazing. Rooms are emmaculent, breakfast was amazing. We visited the Infinity Spa. Sraff curtioua and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for sure. 9/10.
